After a long walk or drive ‘The Warren House Inn’ in the middle of Dartmoor National Park is a welcome sight, and they serve a damn good pint too. They also claim that their fire has been burning (non-stop) since 1845. I don’t know how true that is but it was definitely smouldering nicely when I dropped by. Visit them on a sunny day and the picture above is the sort of view you’ll get from the benches on the other side of the road while you down your drink. Lovely!
I was looking at the flower, but if you look closer you can see the flower was also looking at me.
Like a glitch in a computer game, the rest of the world did not render correctly. I’m sure it’s out there across the water, somewhere, beyond the morning fog. Or is this evidence that we are living in a computer simulation? Whatever, it’s a cool picture nonetheless.
